Order Modifications
Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, no changes, cancellations, or repeat requests will be accepted. Please make sure to carefully review all details before placing your order.
Refund Policy
We only provide refunds or replacements in cases where the product is damaged or the wrong product has been delivered. An unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or replacement requests. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refund Process
After inspecting the returned product, if your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

FOR EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO BEAR THE SHIPPING COST WHICH WILL BE CALCULATED AS PER THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF THE PACKAGE.

- No returns ONLY exchanges, except if your item arrives DAMAGED or not what you ordered.
- Shoot us a message ‘contact us within 48hours ‘
- evidence (yes, an unboxing video is mandatory ).

How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

To request a return or exchange, please email us with your Order ID and issue details. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Unboxing Video Required
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage claim. Please make sure the video clearly shows the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
Return the Product
After approval, the product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags intact. Damaged or used products may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or replacement request will be processed within a few business days.
